WELCOME TO MARKRISE CONSULTANTS

Formed in the year 2004 Markrise Consultants Private Limited is a company engaged in Resolution of NPA Accounts and Stressed assets of Banks and Financial Institutions by the way of enforcing the provisions of SARFAESI Act and DRT Act. Markrise Consultants also helps Banks and Financial Institutions in Stressed Assets and Debt Restructuring advisory through its Associates under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.

MR. VIVEK R. SHETYE (Director)

is a qualified professional with vast experience for three decades years. He has assisted various banks and financial institutions in the execution of the Court’s Orders and taken possession of various secured assets throughout India. He brings forward his rich experience, network and goodwill in the banking sector and financial institutions.

MR. VAIBHAV V. S (Director)

is a young and energetic self; handling and assisting the company at all levels. He has also assisted various Banks and Financial Institutions in taking over the possession of assets under SARFAESI ACT, 2002. Key person in mobilizing the sale of assets and has a vast network to arrange for interested bidders.

MR. AJIT MUNSHI (Advisor)

is a retired High Court Officer having vast experience in taking possession of various types of assets on behalf of the Court Receiver. He has also taken possession of assets under the SARFAESI ACT, 2002 for various banks and has assisted them in issuing notices, moving the courts of District Magistrate / Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, convincing borrowers for One-Time Settlements, helping in disposing off the assets etc.

CA Snehal Kamdar (Insolvency Professional)

practicing Chartered Accountant and also qualified Information System Audit (ISA) consultant is well experienced in the banking sector. He was an Ex-Director on the Board of Kunbi Sahakari Co-Operative Bank. He is a certified and registered Insolvency Professional who is currently empanelled with various banks handling process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. .

MR. P.V. SUBRAMANIAM,

A retired executive from a nationalized bank having worked in the Recovery and Legal section of the bank at Mumbai and also worked as branch head of its Asset Recovery branch at Mumbai. He has decades of banking experience backed by a degree in general laws.

CA Avil Menezes (Insolvency Professional)

Practicing Chartered Accountant and a certified and registered Insolvency Professional having hands on experience in Debt Restructuring, Audit Management and Allied Services. He also has gained experience in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and handling process pertaining to NCLT.
